In a traditional industry, travelers are often placed into old-school categories like luxury, adventure, cruises, or wellness.
Their itineraries are curated based on general demographics rather than their desired feelings or life outcomes.

- Are we asking meaningful questions to better understand their emotional needs?
- Are we treating their experience as a personal journey rather than just a vacation?
- Are we meeting them where they are in their life, or are we waiting for them to “get the idea” to take a trip?

Travel is far too beneficial to be treated as a mere “getaway” or a quick fix.
Especially for women, travel is a powerful, intentional tool for healing, personal growth, and reaching life goals.
We need to move beyond just focusing on what is most “lucrative” for the industry and start combining travel with the things that actually matter to our clients: mindset work, professional development, grief processing, ancestral connection, and trauma recovery.
Instead of celebrating when we sell an expensive, luxurious trip, we should be celebrating the transformations and breakthroughs that those trips brought to the women taking them.
